একে প্রচণ্ড শীত, তার মাঝে বৃষ্টি। শীত এবং বৃষ্টির জেরে কানাডার ওন্টারিওতে কার্যত দুর্বিসহ হয়ে উঠতে শুরু করেছে সাধারণ মানুষের জীবন। প্রচণ্ড ঠাণ্ডায় যখন বৃষ্টি শুরু হয় এক নাগাড়ে, সেই ছবি উঠে আসতে শুরু করে সামাজিক মাধ্যমে। যা দেখে আঁতকে উঠতে শুরু করেন অনেকে। শুধু তাই নয়, আর কয়েকদিনের মধ্যে কানাডায় যেমন বরফপাত হতে পারে, তেমনি এক নাগাড়ে বৃষ্টিও চলতে পারে বলে সতর্কতা জারি করা হয়েছে আবহাওয়া দফতরের তরফে। এক নাগাড়ে বরফবৃষ্টির জেরে ওন্টারিওতে ৮ লক্ষ মানুষের ঘর বিদ্যুৎহীন হয়ে পড়েছে।
