আসানসোলে (Asansol) শুভেন্দু অধিকারীর কম্বল বিতরণ অনুষ্ঠানে পদপিষ্ট হয়ে মৃত্যু হল ৩ জনের। সেই সঙ্গে শুভেন্দু অধিকারীর (Suvendu Adhikari) সভায় পদপিষ্ট হয়ে আহত হন ৫ জন। রাজ্যের বিরোধী দলনেতার কম্বল বিতরণ অনুষ্ঠানে পদপিষ্ট হয়ে ৩ জনের মৃত্যু এবং ৫ জনের আহত হওয়ার পর বিষয়টি নিয়ে শোরগোল শুরু হয়। প্রসঙ্গত শুভেন্দু অধিকারীর অনুষ্ঠানের জন্য কোনও সুনির্দিষ্ট অনুমতি ছিল না বলে প্রশাসন সূত্রে খবর।
