Sukanta Majumdar: কেন্দ্রের সঙ্গে আলোচনা করুণ, বাংলাদেশের মানুষের জন্যে বাংলার দরজা খুলে দেওয়ায় মমতাকে খোঁচা সুকান্তের

রবিবার ধর্মতলায় ২১ জুলাইয়ের মঞ্চ থেকে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দপাধ্যায় (Mamata Banerjee) বলেছিন, বাংলাদেশ (Bangladesh) থেকে কোন অহসায় মানুষ যদি বাংলার দরজায় আসেন তাঁকে আশ্রয় দেবেন তিনি। ফেরাবেন না। তৃণমূলের শহিদ দিবস সমাবেশে বক্তৃতার একেবারে শেষ পর্যায়ে কোটা সংস্কার আন্দোলনের জেরে উত্তপ্ত বাংলাদেশের প্রসঙ্গ টেনে দলনেত্রী এও উল্লেখ করেন, বাংলাদেশ নিয়ে বেশি মন্তব্য তিনি করবেন না। ওটা আলাদা একটা দেশ তাই যা বলার কেন্দ্র বলবে। কিন্তু বাংলাদেশের শরণার্থীদের রাজ্যে আশ্রয় দেওয়া নিয়ে মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর করা মন্তব্য কেন্দ্রীয় প্রতিমন্ত্রী তথা রাজ্য বিজেপি সভাপতি সুকান্ত মজুমদার ভালো চোখে দেখলেন না। সোমবার বললেন, 'রাজ্য সরকারের উচিৎ এই বিষয়ে কেন্দ্র সরকারের সঙ্গে আলোচনা করা। রাষ্ট্র তাঁর একার নয়'।
