নিয়োগ দুর্নীতি মামলায় জামিন পেলেন রাজ্যের প্রাক্তন শিক্ষামন্ত্রী পার্থ চট্টোপাধ্যায়ের (Partha Chatterjee) ঘনিষ্ঠ বান্ধবী অর্পিতা মুখোপাধ্যায় (Arpita Mukherjee)। শিক্ষায় নিয়োগ দুর্নীতি মামলায় ইডির হাতে গ্রেফতার হয়েছিল পার্থ এবং অর্পিতা। ২০২২ সালের জুলাইয়ে গ্রেফতারির প্রায় আড়াই বছর পর জামিনে মুক্তি পেলেন অর্পিতা। তবে পার্থের জামিন এখনও অনিশ্চিত। সোমবার কলকাতা বিচার ভবন ৫ লক্ষ টাকার বন্ডের বিনিময়ে অর্পিতাকে জামিন দিয়েছে। তাঁর পাসপোর্ট জমা রাখতে হয়েছে। মামলা চলাকালীন তাঁর শহর ছাড়ার উপর নিষেধাজ্ঞা রয়েছে।
