আরজি করের (RG Kar) ঘটনার প্রতিবাদে নবান্ন অভিযান (Nabanna Abhijan)। আর তার জেরেই উত্তাল কলকাতার রাজপথ। নবান্ন অভিযানকে কেন্দ্র করে যখন পুলিশের সঙ্গে আন্দোলনকারীদের ধুন্ধুমার শুরু হয়, সেই সময় রাস্তায় বসে পড়তে দেখা যায় একাংশের বিক্ষোভকারীদের। যেখানে রাস্তার উপর বসে তাঁরা 'আমরা বিচার চাই' বলে স্লোগান দিতে দেখা যায় আন্দোলনকারীদের। মহাত্মা গান্ধী রোডের উপর বসে স্লোগান দিতে শুরু করেন বিক্ষোভকারীরা।
