ফের নির্বাচন কমিশনের দ্বারস্থ তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস (TMC)। মডেল কোড অফ কনডাক্ট জারি রয়েছে। মডে কোড অফ কনডাক্ট জারি থাকাকালীন যাতে ইডি, সিবিআইয়ের মত কেন্দ্রীয় তদন্তকারী দল যাতে তৃণমূল কংগ্রেসকে কোনওভাবে 'বিরক্ত' করা না হয়, সে বিষয়ে সওয়াল করেন সাংসদ দোলা সেন। তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস সাংসদ বলেন, ঝাড়খণ্ডের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী হেমন্ত সোরেন এবং দিল্লির মুখ্যমন্ত্রী অরবিন্দ কেজরিওয়াল জেলে। তাই এই ধরনের কোনও গ্রেফতারি যাতে মডেল কোড অফ কনডাক্ট জারি থাকাকালীন না হয়, সে বিষয়ে নির্বাচন কমিশনের কাছে দাবি জানানো হবে বলে মন্তব্য করেন তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস সাংসদ দোলা সেন।
