Jessore Road Fire: পয়লা বৈশাখের আগের দিন যশোর রোডের বস্তিতে আগুন। কলকাতা ও উত্তর ২৪ পরগনার অন্যতম গুরুত্বপূর্ণ রোড যশোর রোড। শনিবার বেলায় যশোর রোডের বস্তিতে ভয়াবহ অগ্নিকাণ্ডের সৃষ্টি হয়েছে। দাউদাউ করে জ্বলতে দেখা যাচ্ছে বস্তির ঘরবাড়ি। কালো ধোঁয়ায় ঢেকেছে গোটা এলাকা। নববর্ষের আগে নতুন জামা তো দূর, মাথায় উপরের ছাদটাও হারালেন ওই বস্তিবাসীরা।
