Cloud Burst in Sikkim: সিকিমে বিপর্যয়, দার্জিলিং, কালিম্পং, জলপাইগুড়ির মানুষকে নিরাপদ জায়গায় সরানোর নির্দেশ মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর
মেঘভাঙা বৃষ্টির জেরে বিপর্যয় নেমে এসেছে সিকিমে। মেঘভাঙা বৃষ্টিতে তিস্তায় হড়পা বান দেখা গিয়েছে। সেই সঙ্গে নিখোঁজ ২৩ জন সেনা কর্মী। মেঘভাঙা বৃষ্টিতে সিকিমের পরিস্থিতি এবং সেনা কর্মীদের নিখোঁজ হওয়ার ঘটনায় উদ্বেগ প্রকাশ করলেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়। সিকিমকে সাহায্যের আশ্বাসও দেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী। পাশাপাশি সিকিম এবং উত্তরবঙ্গ সন্নিহিত অঞ্চল হওয়ায়, সেখানকার বেশ কিছু অঞ্চলের মানুষদের নিরাপদে সরানোর নির্দেশ দেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী। যার মধ্যে দার্জিলিং, কালিম্পং এবং জলপাইগুড়ি জেলার মানুষকে যাতে শিগগিরই নিরাপদ জায়গায় সরানো হয়, সে বিষয়ে নির্দেশ দেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী। রাজ্যের বেশ কিছু মন্ত্রী এবং প্রশাসনিক আধিকারিকদের উত্তরবঙ্গে যাওয়ার নির্দেশ যেমন দিয়েছেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী, তেমনি প্রাকৃতিক বিপর্যয় কোন দিকে মোড় নেয়, সে বিষয়ে কড়া নজর রাখারও নির্দেশ মুখ্যমন্ত্রী দেন।
