Jitendra Tiwari: আসানসোল পুর এলাকায় না ঢোকার শর্তে জিতেন্দ্র তিওয়ারিকে জামিন আদালতের

কম্বল বিতরণকে কেন্দ্র করে পদপিষ্ট হয়ে তিন জনের মৃত্য়ুর ঘটনায় জেলবন্দি বিজেপি নেতা জিতেন্দ্র তিওয়ারি (Jitendra Tiwari)-কে জামিন দিল কলকাতা হাইকোর্ট (Calcutta High Court)। ৫০ হাজার টাকার ব্যক্তিগত বন্ডে শর্তসাপেক্ষে জামিন পেলেন আসানসোলের প্রাক্তন মেয়র জিতেন্দ্র। আসানসোল পুর এলাকায় তিনি ঢুকতে পারবেন না। আর সপ্তাহে একদিন করে পুলিশের কাছে হাজিরা দিতে হবে। এই দুটি শর্তে জামিন পান তিনি। ১৯ মার্চ গ্রেফতার করা হয়েছিল তৃণমূল থেকে বিজেপিতে যাওয়া জিতেন্দ্র তিওয়ারিকে।
