Tokyo Olympics 2020: টোকি অলিম্পিকের উদ্বোধনে ভারতের পতাকা বাহক হবেন মেরী কম, মনপ্রীত সিং
আসন্ন টোকিও অলিম্পিকের উদ্বোধনী অনুষ্ঠানে ভারতীয় দলের পতাকা বাহক হবেন তারকা বক্সার মেরী কম ও পুরুষ হকি দলের অধিনায়ক মনপ্রীত সিং। এই প্রথম অলিম্পিকের উদ্বোধনী অনুষ্ঠানে ভারতের পতাকা বাহক হবেন দুজন, একজন মহিলা, একজন পুরুষ।
আসন্ন টোকিও অলিম্পিকের উদ্বোধনী অনুষ্ঠানে ভারতীয় দলের পতাকা বাহক (Flag Bearers) হবেন তারকা বক্সার মেরী কম ও পুরুষ হকি দলের অধিনায়ক মনপ্রীত সিং। এই প্রথম অলিম্পিকের উদ্বোধনী অনুষ্ঠানে ভারতের পতাকা বাহক হবেন দুজন, একজন মহিলা, একজন পুরুষ। সমাপ্তি অনুষ্ঠানে দেশের পতাকা বহনের দায়িত্ব তারকা কুস্তিগীর বজরঙ পুনিয়ার কাঁধে থাকছে। করোনার কারণে এক বছর পিছিয়ে যাওয়ার পর ২৩ জুলাই থেকে শুরু হবে টোকিও অলিম্পিক্স। শেষ হবে ৮ অগাস্ট।
