PBKS বনাম KKR, IPL 2025: গত মরসুমের চ্যাম্পিয়ন অধিনায়ককে এবার প্রতিপক্ষে পেয়ে জ্বলে উঠল নাইট (Knight Riders)-রা। পঞ্জাব অধিনায়ক শ্রেয়স আইয়ারকেই (Shreyas Iyer) দ্বিতীয় বলেই আউট করলেন কেকেআর পেসার হর্ষিত রানা (Harshit Rana)। হর্ষিতের বলে দুরন্ত ক্যাচ লুফে শ্রেয়স আইয়ারের শূন্য রানে আউটের পিছনে নায়ক ফিল্ডার রমনদীপ সিং। শ্রেয়সের আউটের পর পঞ্জাবের ইনিংসে ধস নামে-পরপর আউট হন জোস ইংলিশ (২), প্রভসিমরন সিং (৩০), নেহাল ওয়াধেরা (১০), গ্লেন ম্যাক্সওয়েল (৭), মার্কো জেনসেন (৪)।
বিনা উইকেটে ৩৮ থেকে ৫৪ রানে ৪ উইকেট হয়ে যায় পঞ্জাবের। এরপর ধস অব্যাহত থেকে ৮৬ রানের মধ্যে ৮ উইকেট হারায় কিংসরা। চিপকে ধোনিদেরও ঠিক একই রকম হাল করেছিলেন নাইটের বোলাররা।
