Makar Sankranti 2023: মকর সংক্রান্তিতে বারাণসীর গঙ্গায় পূণ্যস্নানের ঢল পূণ্যার্থীদের (দেখুন ভিডিও)
বারাণসীর পাশাপাশি গঙ্গাসাগর, কলকাতা , হরিদ্বার, প্রয়াগ সহ গঙ্গা তীরবর্তী সর্বত্রই চলছে পূণ্যস্নান। পুরাণ অনুসারে এই দিনে গঙ্গায় ডুব দিলে হয় পুণ্য লাভ।
মকর সংক্রান্তিতে বারাণসীর গঙ্গায় পূণ্যস্নানের ঢল পূণ্যার্থীদের। সকাল থেকেই গঙ্গায় নেমেছে স্নানের ঢল। গঙ্গাস্নান সেরে চলছে সূর্যের আরাধনা। এদিন থেকেই শুরু হয় সূর্যের উত্তরায়ণ। বলা হয় এই শুভ দিনে গঙ্গায় স্নান করা, উপবাস থাকা, গরীবকে কোন কিছু দান করা ও সূর্যদেবের পূজা করলে বিশেষ ফল লাভ হয়। বারাণসীর পাশাপাশি গঙ্গাসাগর, কলকাতা , হরিদ্বার, প্রয়াগ সহ গঙ্গা তীরবর্তী সর্বত্রই চলছে পূণ্যস্নান। পুরাণ অনুসারে এই দিনে গঙ্গায় ডুব দিলে হয় পুণ্য লাভ। দেখুন সেই ভিডিও-
