ভারত সফরে এসে বড় ঘোষণা জাপানের প্রধানমন্ত্রী ফুমিও কিশিদার। জাপানের প্রধানমন্ত্রী বললেন, " ভারত ও জাপান কার্বন নি:সরণ ও গ্রিন এনার্জি বিষয়ে একসঙ্গে কাজ করে চলেছে। ২০২৩ হবে দুই দেশের পর্যটন বিনিময়ের বছর। ভারত ও জাপান একে অপরকে আরও ভালবাবে জানবে, সাংস্কৃতিক বিনিময় ঘটাবে পর্যটনের মাধ্যমে।" পাশাপাশি তিনি স্বাগত জানান জাপানী ভাষা শিক্ষার চুক্তির পুনর্নবীকরণের জন্য।
