Amit Shah: ত্রিপুরা থেকে সরানো হল AFSPA, আদিবাসী উন্নয়নের জন্য বড় পদক্ষেপ, মন্তব্য স্বরাষ্টমন্ত্রী

ত্রিপুরা থেকে সরানো হল AFSPA। দীর্ঘ সময় ধরে এই আইন সরানোর দাবি জানানোর পর অবশেষে ত্রিপুরাবাসীর কথা শুনলো কেন্দ্র সরকার। বুধবার আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে ঘোষণা করলেন স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী অমিত শাহ। সেই সঙ্গে উত্তর-পূর্বের একাধিক রাজ্য থেকে কমানো হল সশস্ত্র বাহিনীর বিশেষ ক্ষমতা আইন (Armed Forces Special Powers Act)। শাহ দাবি করেন, এই আইন প্রত্যাহার করা বা প্রভাব কমানোর ফলে আদিবাসীদের জন্য উন্নয়নে দরজা খুলে যাবে। সেই সঙ্গে তাঁদের সংস্কৃতি গোটা বিশ্বে ছড়িয়ে যাবে। আসলে কেন্দ্র উত্তর-পূর্বাঞ্চলীয় রাজ্যগুলির সার্বিক উন্নয়নের জন্য প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। ৩৫ বছরের সংগ্রাম ও প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদীর ওপর আস্থা রাখার জন্য সকলকে ধন্যবাদ।
