চিন্নাস্বামী স্টেডিয়ামে পদপিষ্টের ঘটনায় এখনও পর্যন্ত ১১ জনের মৃত্যু হয়েছে। আহত হয়েছে ৩৩ জন।
চিন্নাস্বামী স্টেডিয়ামে পদপিষ্টের (Bengaluru Stampede Case) ঘটনায় এখনও পর্যন্ত ১১ জনের মৃত্যু হয়েছে। আহত হয়েছে ৩৩ জন। ঘটনার পর কাপ প্রদর্শনী অনুষ্ঠান তড়িঘড়ি বন্ধ করে দেয় আরসিবি কর্তৃপক্ষ। তারপর বিরাট কোহলি, রজত পাতিদার সহ গোটা টিম স্টেডিয়াম ছেড়ে বেরিয়ে যায়। স্বাভাবিকভাবেই টিম বেরিয়ে যাওয়ার পর মুহূর্তের মধ্যে ফাঁকা হয়ে যায় স্টেডিয়াম। যদিও তারপরেও চিন্নাস্বামীর বিভিন্ন গেটের সামনে মোতায়েন রয়েছে পুলিশ বাহিনী। গেট নম্বর সেভেন যেখানে পদপিষ্টের মতো ঘটনা ঘটল সেখানে রাশি রাশি জুতো, চপ্পল পড়ে রয়েছে।
