উপ-রাষ্ট্রপতি জগদীপ ধনখড় আগামীকাল থেকে দুদিনের সফরে অসমের গুয়াহাটি এবং মেঘালয়ের শিলং-এ যাবেন। সফর চলাকালীন উপরাষ্ট্রপতি ধনখড় প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে সভাপতিত্ব করবেন এবং শিলংয়ের মাওদিয়াংদিয়াং-এ মেঘালয় স্কিল অ্যান্ড ইনোভেশন হাবের ভিত্তিপ্রস্তর স্থাপন করবেন। তিনি শিলংয়ের আইটি পার্ক এবং রাজভবন পরিদর্শন করবেন এবং অসমের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী হিমন্ত বিশ্ব শর্মা এবং অন্যান্য ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্মকর্তাদের সাথে দেখা করবেন।
