নয়াদিল্লিঃ বছরের প্রথম দিন ভূমিকম্পে (Earthquake)কাঁপল গুজরাট(Gujarat)। এ দিন সকাল ১০.২৪ মিনিটে ভূমিকম্পে কেঁপে ওঠে গুজরাটের কচ্ছ। রিখটার স্কেলে কম্পনের মাত্রা ছিল ৩.২ ম্যাগনিটিউড। কম্পনের তীব্রতা গুরুতর না হওয়ায় সেভাবে হতাহতের কোনও খবর মেলেনি। প্রসঙ্গত, গত ২৩ ডিসেম্বরই ভূমিকম্প হানা দেয় গুজরাটের কচ্ছে। সে বার কম্পনের মাত্রা ছিল ৩.৭ ম্যাগনিটিউড। শুধু তাই নয় ডিসেম্বরের শুরুতেও ভূমিকম্পের ঘটনা ঘটে গুজরাটে। এই ঘন ঘন ভূমিকম্পের ঘটনা গুজরাটবাসীর উদ্বেগের কারণ হয়ে দাঁড়িয়েছে।
