Robert Vadra Money Laundering Case: অর্থ পাচার, ও তছরুপ মামলায় গান্ধী পরিবারের জামাই তথা সাংসদ প্রিয়াঙ্কা গান্ধীর স্বামী-ব্যবসায়ী রবার্ট বঢরা-কে নোটিশ পাঠাল দিল্লির রোজ অ্যাভিনিউ আদালত (The Rouse Avenue court)। গত ২৮ অগাস্ট ব্যবসায়ী রবার্ট বঢরা সহ ৩ জন ব্যক্তি ও ৮টি কোম্পানির নামে চার্জশিট দায়ের করে এনফোর্সমেন্ট ডিরেক্টরেট (ED)। এই মামলায় অভিযোগ গৃহীত হওয়ার আগেই (pre-cognisance পর্যায়ে) প্রস্তাবিত অভিযুক্তদের বক্তব্য শোনার জন্য নোটিশ জারি করল দিল্লির জেলা আদালত।
অর্থ পাচার মামলায় সম্প্রতি আদালতে দাখিল করা ইডি-র চার্জশিটে নাম আছে সোনিয়া গান্ধীর জামাই রবার্ট বঢরা-র। দিল্লির দ্য রোজ অ্য়াভিনিউ আদালত, আদালত নির্দেশ দিয়েছে, চার্জশিটের কপি অভিযুক্তদের হাতে তুলে দিতে হবে। এই মামলায় মোট ৩ জন ব্যক্তি ও ৮টি কোম্পানির নামে চার্জশিট দায়ের হয়েছে।
