আরজি কর মামলার (RG Kar) শুনানিতে সুপ্রিম কোর্টের তরফে চিকিৎসকদের কর্ম বিরতি প্রত্যাহারের জন্য আবেদন জানানো হয়। যা শুনে দিল্লি এমসের তরফে কর্ম বিরতি প্রত্যাহার করেন চিকিৎসকরা। দিল্লির (Delhi) এমসের (AIIM পর রাম মনোহর লোহিয়া হাসপাতালে, ইন্দিরা গান্ধী হাসপাতালের তরফেও কর্ম বিরতি প্রত্যাহার ঘোষণা করা হয়। এবার ফেডারেশন অফ অল ইন্ডিয়া মেডিকেল অ্যাসোসিয়েশন (FAIMA)। সুপ্রিম কোর্ট যেভাবে চিকিৎসক এবং চিকিৎসা কর্মীদের নিরাপত্তার উপর নজর রাখার কথা বলেছে, তার দিকে তাকিয়ে এই কর্ম বিরতি প্রত্যাহার করা হচ্ছে বলে জানায় ফেডারেশন অফ অল ইন্ডিয়া মেডিকেল অ্যাসোসিয়েশন।
