তল্লাশি চালানোর সময় বেশ কিছু সম্পত্তির কাগজ, ইলেকট্রনিক্স হার্ড ড্রাইভ উদ্ধার করেছে ইডি। ৯ অগাস্ট বেদ প্রকাশ যাদবকে গ্রেফতার করেছে পুলিশ। আর্থিক দুর্নীতি কান্ডে রাজস্থান পুলিশের অ্যান্টি কোরাপশন ব্যুরোর তরফে বিভিন্ন ধারায় বেদপ্রকাশের বিরুদ্ধে অভিযোগ দায়ের করা হয়েছে।
