Protest Against Power Cut: গরমে বাড়িতে ঘুরছে না পাখা, বিদ্যুৎ দফতরে বিছানা-বালিশ নিয়ে শুয়ে বিক্ষোভ সাধারণ মানুষের

নয়াদিল্লিঃ দেশজুড়ে চলছে তাপপ্রবাহ (Heat Wave)। তীব্র গরমে টেকা দায়, আর তার মধ্যে দিনের মধ্যে বেশিরভাগ সময়ই বিদ্যুৎ(Current) পরিষেবা বন্ধ সুরাটের (Surat) বিভিন্ন এলাকায়। এ বার এই সমস্যা থেকে রেহাই পেতে বিদ্যুৎ দফতরেই বিছানা-বালিশ পেতে শুয়ে পড়লেন বিক্ষুব্ধ জনতা। ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে সুরাটের পুনা গ্রামে (Puna Village)। দিনের পর দিন পর্যাপ্ত বিদ্যুৎ পরিষেবা না পেয়ে এ ভাবেই ক্ষোভ প্রকাশ করেন পুনা গ্রামের বাসিন্দারা। দফতরে ঢুকে এই ধরনের বিক্ষোভ অফিসের নিরাপত্তা লঙ্ঘন করছে বলে মনে করছেন বিদ্যুৎ বিভাগের আধিকারিকরা।
