ভারতের সিলিকন ভ্যালি বলা হয় বেঙ্গালুরুকে। প্রযুক্তিকে কিভাবে কাজে লাগাতে হয় জানে এই শহর। এই শহরে মাঝেমাঝেই লক্ষ্য করা যায় উদ্ভাবনী শক্তির প্রমাণ। সেরকম একটি ঘটনা সম্প্রতি ভাইরাল সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায়।
এখানকার তথ্যপ্রযুক্তি কেন্দ্রের কিছু যুবক বানিয়ে ফেলেছে আস্ত একটি পোর্টাল । 'ToYBoY' নামের পোর্টালটি আদতে জীবনসঙ্গী খুজে দেওয়ার পোর্টাল। নির্মাতাদের মতে এই অ্যাপটিতে যারা একাকী, হতাশাগ্রস্ত বা প্রেমে বাধা পেয়েছে , তাদের একাকীত্ব থেকে মুক্তি দেবে এই অ্যাপ। এখানে যে কেবল শুধু কথাই বলা যাবে তা নয়, নির্ধারিত ভাড়া দিলে বিপরীত লিঙ্গের মানুষ ও পাওয়া যাবে। তবে এই অ্যাপ সামনে আসার পর বিরুপ প্রতিক্রিয়াও দেখা গেছে।
