J&K Assembly Election 2024: জম্মু-কাশ্মীরে নির্বাচন চলাকালীন বুথ ফেরত সমীক্ষা চালাতে নিষেধাজ্ঞা জারি নির্বাচন কমিশনের
জম্মু ও কাশ্মীর বিধানসভা নির্বাচনের পাশাপাশি হরিয়ানাতেও একই নিষেধাজ্ঞা জারি থাকবে বলে জানিয়েছে নির্বাচন কমিশন। হরিয়ানা বিধানসভা নির্বাচন ৫অক্টোবর এক দফাতেই অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। তবে দুটি রাজ্যের নির্বাচনের ফলাফল ৮ অক্টোবর ঘোষণা করা হবে।
জম্মু-কাশ্মীরে বিধানসভা নির্বাচন চলাকালীন সংবাদমধ্যমগুলিকে বুথ ফেরত সমীক্ষা চালাতে নিষেধাজ্ঞা জারি করল নির্বাচন কমিশন। ১৯৫১-র জনপ্রতিনিধিত্ব আইনের ১২৬-/এ ধারা অনুসারে এই নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়েছে। ভোটগ্রহণ শুরুর সময় থেকে শেষ হওয়ার পর আধ ঘন্টা পর্যন্ত এই নিষেধাজ্ঞা জারি থাকবে। অর্থাৎ ১৮ সেপ্টেম্বর সকাল ৭ টা থেকে ৫ অক্টোবর, ভোটের শেষ দিন সন্ধ্যা ৬.৩০ টা পর্যন্ত এক্সিট পোল এর এই নিষেধাজ্ঞা জারি থাকবে তিন দফায় জম্মু-কাশ্মীরে বিধানসভা নির্বাচনে ভোটগ্রহণ। প্রথম দফায় ভোট নেওয়া হবে আগামী ১৮ সেপ্টেম্বর। বাকি দুটি দফা হবে ২৫ সেপ্টেম্বর ও ১ অক্টোবর।
