ইউক্রেনে রাশিয়ার মিসাইল হামলা থেকে শুরু করে বাংলাদেশের অস্থির পরিস্থিতি, বিভিন্ন দেশের সাম্প্রতিক পরিস্থিতির বিষয় নিয়ে মার্কিন প্রেসিডেন্ট জো বাইডেনের (Joe Biden) সঙ্গে ফোনের মাধ্যমে আলোচনা করলেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী (Narendra Modi)। বুধবার এই প্রসঙ্গে প্রধানমন্ত্রী এক্স হ্যাণ্ডেলে টুইট করে বলেন, "বিশ্বের বিভিন্ন প্রান্তে যে সমস্যা হচ্ছে সেই নিয়ে জো বাইডেনের সঙ্গে আমার বিস্তারিত আলোচনা হয়েছে। বিশেষ করে ইউক্রেন নিয়ে আমরা কথা বলেছি। আমি জানিয়েছি ইউক্রেনে শান্তি ও স্থীতাবস্থা ফেরাতে ভারতের পূর্ণ সমর্থন রয়েছে। পাশাপাশি বাংলাদেশের রাজনৈতিক সঙ্কট নিয়েও কথা হয়েছে। বিশেষ করে সেদেশের কীভাবে সংখ্যালঘু সম্প্রদায়ের মানুষদের নিরাপত্তা প্রদান করা যায় সেই নিয়ে আলোচনা হয়েছে"।
