বিকশিত ভারতের জন্য কৃষিকে আরও উন্নত করার কথা বললেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী। দিল্লিতে ভারত মন্ডপমের একটি অনুষ্ঠানে যোগ দিয়ে তিনি জানান,
"বিকশিত ভারতের জন্য কৃষিক্ষেত্রকে উন্নত করা ভীষণ জরুরী।তার জন্যই আমরা প্রাইমারী এগ্রিকালচার ক্রেডিট সোসাইটির মতন সংস্থা তৈরী করছি। এই সমস্ত কেন্দ্রগুলি প্রধানমন্ত্রী জন ঔষধি কেন্দ্র হিসেবেও কাজ করছে। "
