বিশ্ব পরিবেশ দিবসে সবুজায়নে জোর দিয়ে দিল্লিতে করলেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী (PM Narendra Modi)। বৃহস্পতিবার সকালে সবুজ পতাকা নেড়ে ২০০টি বৈদ্যুতিক বাসের শুভ সূচনা করেছেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী মোদী।অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন দিল্লির উপ-রাজ্যপাল ভি কে সাক্সেনা (Delhi LG VK Saxena), মুখ্যমন্ত্রী রেখা গুপ্তা (CM Rekha Gupta), কেন্দ্রীয় মন্ত্রী ভূপেন্দ্র যাদব (Union Minister Bhupendra Yadav) এবং দিল্লির মন্ত্রী মনজিন্দর সিং সিরসা (Delhi Cabinet minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa) সহ অন্যান্য আধিকারিকরা। দিল্লি সরকারের সুস্থায়ী পরিবহন উদ্যোগের অধীনে ২০০টি বৈদ্যুতিক বাসের সূচনা করে প্রধানমন্ত্রী 'এক পেড় মা কে নাম' উদ্যোগের আওতায় একটি গাছও রোপণ করেন।
