ক্রমশ ধেয়ে আসছে 'সাইক্লোন দানা' (Cyclonic Storm Dana)। ওডিশার পাশাপশি বাংলার উপকুলেও আছড়ে পেতে পরে 'ঘূর্ণিঝড় দানা'। গতকাল রাতেই তাইল্যান্ড উপসাগর থেকে আন্দামান সাগরে ঢুকে পড়েছে ঘূর্ণাবর্তটি। এবার ক্রমশ শক্তি সঞ্চয় করে সোমবার সেটি গভীর নিম্নচাপের পরিণত হতে পারে। মঙ্গলবার ঘূর্ণিঝড় দানার চেহারা নেবে সেই নিম্নচাপ। এর পর উত্তর দিকে অগ্রসর হয়ে সম্ভবত বুধবার মধ্যরাতে দক্ষিণবঙ্গের উপকূলে আঘাত হানতে চলেছে সেটি। তার আগে ওডিশা উপকুলের পাশ দিয়ে যাওয়ার সময় বেশ জোরে আঘাত হাওয়া বইতে পারে 'দানা'র প্রভাবে।
