Uttarakhand: উত্তরাখণ্ড বিধানসভায় অভিন্ন দেওয়ানি বিধি বিল পেশ মুখ্যমন্ত্রী পুষ্কর সিং ধামির
বিধানসভায় পাশের পর বিলটি রাজ্যের সাংবিধানিক প্রধান রাজ্যপালের কাছে পাঠানো হবে। রাজ্যপালের অনুমোদন পেলেই তা আইনে পরিণত হবে।
উত্তরাখন্ডে (Uttarakhand) অভিন্ন দেওয়ানি বিধি বাস্তবায়ন এখন কেবল সময়ের অপেক্ষা। রবিবার মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর বাসভবনে আয়োজিত মন্ত্রিসভার বৈঠকে অভিন্ন দেওয়ানি বিধির (UCC) খসড়াটি অনুমোদন পেয়েছে। উত্তরাখণ্ডের বিধানসভায় চার দিনের বিশেষ অধিবেশনের মধ্যে আজ মঙ্গলবার ইউসিসি (Uniform Civil Code) বিলটি পেশ করতে চলেছেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী পুষ্কর সিং ধামি (Pushkar Singh Dhami)। ইতিমধ্যেই কমিটি দ্বারা প্রস্তুত করা অভিন্ন দেওয়ানি বিধির রিপোর্টটি সঙ্গে নিয়ে বিধানসভায় পৌঁছে গিয়েছেন ধামি। সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠতা থাকায় বিধানসভায় অনাসায়ে পাশ হবে বিলটি। বিধানসভায় পাশের পর বিলটি রাজ্যের সাংবিধানিক প্রধান রাজ্যপালের কাছে পাঠানো হবে। রাজ্যপালের অনুমোদন পেলেই তা আইনে পরিণত হবে।
