Uttarakhand UCC: শীঘ্রই উত্তরাখণ্ডে কার্যকর হবে অভিন্ন দেওয়ানি বিধি, মন্ত্রীসভায় কমিটির রিপোর্টে অনুমোদন
আজ রবিবার মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর বাসভবনে মন্ত্রিসভার বৈঠকের আয়োজন করা হয়েছিল। আর সেই বৈঠকে ধামির সভাপতিত্বে উত্তরাখণ্ড মন্ত্রিসভা অভিন্ন দেওয়ানি বিধি সংক্রান্ত কমিটির রিপোর্টটি গ্রহণ করে তাতে অনুমোদন দিয়েছে।
অভিন্ন দেওয়ানি বিধির (Uniform Civil Code) খসড়া প্রস্তুত করার জন্য একটি বিশেষ কমিটি গঠন করেছিল উত্তরাখণ্ড (Uttarakhand ) সরকার। শুক্রবার মুখ্যমন্ত্রী পুষ্কর সিং ধামির (Pushkar Singh Dhami) কাছে সেই সংক্রান্ত রিপোর্ট জমা দেয় কমিটি। আজ রবিবার মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর বাসভবনে মন্ত্রিসভার বৈঠকের আয়োজন করা হয়েছিল। আর সেই বৈঠকে ধামির সভাপতিত্বে উত্তরাখণ্ড মন্ত্রিসভা অভিন্ন দেওয়ানি বিধি সংক্রান্ত কমিটির রিপোর্টটি গ্রহণ করে তাতে অনুমোদন দিয়েছে। দেশের প্রথম রাজ্য হিসেবে শীঘ্রই উত্তরাখণ্ডে কার্যকর হতে চলেছে অভিন্ন দেওয়ানি বিধি।
