চণ্ডীগড়: সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় চণ্ডীগড় ধাবার (Chandigarh Dhaba) 'ডিজেল পারোটা' তৈরির ভিডিয়ো ভাইরাল হওয়ার পরে চাপের মুখে পড়েছেন ধাবা মালিক। সম্প্রতি এক ফুড ব্লগার-এর ভাইরাল ভিডিয়োতে দেখা যায়, ধবার এক ব্যক্তি দাবি করেছেন যে এই ধাবায় পরোটা ডিজেলে তৈরি হয়। ভিডিওটি ভাইরাল হতেই খাদ্য নিরাপত্তা এবং জনস্বাস্থ্য সম্পর্কে উদ্বেগ সৃষ্টি হয়। ঘটনার চাঞ্চল্য ছড়ায় এলাকায়।
ধাবার মালিক চন্নি সিং সংবাদ সংস্থা এএনআই কে জানিয়েছেন, ‘আমরা ডিজেল পরোঠা' বলে কোনো জিনিষ বানাই না বা গ্রাহকদের কাছে এমন কোনও কিছু পরিবেশন করি না। একজন ব্লগার ভিডিওটি শুধুমাত্র মজা করার জন্য তৈরি করেছিলেন। এটা সাধারণ জ্ঞান যে কেউ ডিজেলে তৈরি করা পরোঠা খাবে না..., আমরা খাবার তৈরিতে শুধুমাত্র ভোজ্য তেল ব্যবহার করি, এখানকার মানুষকে স্বাস্থ্যকর খাবার পরিবেশন করি...,আমরা মানুষের জীবন নিয়ে খেলা করি না।
