Indian Woman Dies: নেপালে পশুপতিনাথ মন্দির দর্শনে গিয়ে ভারতীয় মহিলার মৃত্যু

নয়াদিল্লি: কাঠমান্ডুতে (Kathmandu) বিক্ষোভকারীদের আগুন লাগিয়ে দেওয়া হোটেল থেকে পালাতে গিয়ে ভারতীয় মহিলার মৃত্যু ঘটেছে। উত্তরপ্রদেশের গাজিয়াবাদের রাজেশ গোলা নামের একজন ৫৫ বছর বয়সী ভারতীয় মহিলা এবং তাঁর স্বামী রামভীর সিংহ গত ৭ সেপ্টেম্বর কাঠমান্ডুতে পৌঁছেছিলেন পশুপতিনাথ মন্দির (Pashupatinath Temple) দর্শনের জন্য। সেখানে তাঁরা হায়াত রিজেন্সি হোটেলে উঠেছিলেন।
গত ৯ সেপ্টেম্বর রাতে বিক্ষোভকারীরা হায়াত রিজেন্সি হোটেলটি ঘিরে ফেলে আগুন ধরিয়ে দেয়। আগুনের ফলে হোটেলের ভেতরে আটকে পড়া অবস্থায় রাজেশ এবং তাঁর স্বামী চতুর্থ তলা থেকে লাফিয়ে পালানোর চেষ্টা করেন। এতে তাঁরা দুজনেই আহত হন, স্বামী প্রাণে বেঁচে গেলেও মহিলার হাসপাতালে মৃত্যু হয়। তাঁর মৃতদেহ সোনাউলি সীমান্ত দিয়ে ভারতে নিয়ে আসা হয়েছে। আরও পড়ুন: Lucknow Bus Accident: লখনউয়ের কাকোরিতে নিয়ন্ত্রণ হারিয়ে খাদে বাস; মৃত পাঁচ, আহত ১৯
