মুখ্যমন্ত্রী পদ থেকে অরবিন্দ কেজরিওয়ালের (Arvind Kejriwal) পদত্যাগের দাবি জানিয়ে মঙ্গলবার সকাল থেকেই আন্দোলনে নামে দিল্লি বিজেপি। অরুণ জেটলি স্টেডিয়াম থেকে দিল্লি সরকারের মন্ত্রণালয় পর্যন্ত চলে এই বিক্ষোভ। মিছিলে আন্দোলনকারী আটকাতে গিয়ে পুলিশে সঙ্গে বিজেপি কর্মীদের ধস্তাধস্তি হয়। আর তাতেই রণক্ষেত্র হয় পরিস্থিতি। মিছিলের নেতৃত্বে ছিলেন রাজ্য সভাপতি বীরেন্দ্র সচদেব (Virendraa Sachdeva)। তাঁকে আটক করে দিল্লি পুলিশ। পাশাপাশি একাধিক নেতাকর্মীদের আটক করে পুলিশ।
