বিদ্যুতের কাজ করতে গিয়ে নির্মীয়মাণ সেতুর একাংশ ভেঙে ঘটল বিপত্তি। ব্রিজের টাওয়ার ভেঙে পড়ায় গুরুতর আহত হলেন ৫ শ্রমিক। শনিবার বিকেলে ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে উত্তরপ্রদেশের প্রয়াগরাজের সঙ্গম নগর (Sangam Nagar) এলাকায়। ঘটনায় আহত শ্রমিকদের মধ্যে একজনের পা কাটা পড়েছে বলে জানা গিয়েছে। ঘটনাস্থলে ইতিমধ্যেই চলে এসেছে স্থানীয় পুলিশ। আহতদের ইতিমধ্যেই উদ্ধার করে স্থানীয় হাসপাতালে পাঠানো হয়েছে। সকলেরই অবস্থা আশঙ্কাজনক রয়েছে বলে জানা গিয়েছে। যদিও কীভাবে সেতুটি ভেঙে পড়ল সেই বিষয়ে এখনও কিছু জানা যায়নি।
