New Criminal Laws In J&K: নতুন ফৌজদারী আইন প্রয়োগ উপত্যকায়, বৈঠকে যোগ দিতে জম্মু-কাশ্মীরে কেন্দ্রীয় স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী অমিত শাহ
কেন্দ্রীয় স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী অমিত শাহ আজ জম্মু-কাশ্মীরে নতুন ফৌজদারী আইন প্রয়োগের বিষয় মুখ্যমন্ত্রী ওমর আব্দুল্লাহ ও উপ রাজ্যপাল মনোজ সিনহার সঙ্গে পর্যালোচনা বৈঠক করবেন।এই বৈঠকে তিন নতুন ফৌজদারী আইন, ভারতীয় ন্যায় সংহিতা ২০২৩ ,ভারতীয় নাগরিক সুরক্ষা সংহিতা ২০২৩ ও ভারতীয় সাক্ষ্য অধিনিয়ম২০২৩ এর প্রেক্ষিতে পুলিশ, কারাগার, আদালত,বিভিন্ন মামলা ও ফরেনসিক সংক্রান্ত বিষয়গুলি বিশ্লেষণ করে দেখা হবে।বৈঠকে কেন্দ্রীয় স্বরাষ্ট্র সচিব, জম্মু কাশ্মীরের মুখ্য সচিব ,রাজ্য পুলিশের ডিআইজি, ন্যাশনাল ক্রাইম রেকর্ডস ব্যুরোর মহানির্দেশক সহ কেন্দ্রীয় স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রকের শীর্ষ আধিকারিকরা উপস্থিত থাকবেন।
