আজ নতুন দিল্লির ভারত মন্ডপমে প্রথম জাতীয় রচনাকার পুরস্কার প্রদান করবেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী মোদী। এই উপলক্ষে আয়োজিত এক সমাবেশেও ভাষণ দেবেন তিনি।
