Mumbai Mother Murder Case: মাকে খুনের অভিযোগ, আদালতের নির্দেশে ২০ মার্চ অবধি পুলিশ হেফাজত মেয়ের
গত সপ্তাহে লালবাগ এলাকায় একটি প্লাস্টিকের ব্যাগে ৫৩ বছর বয়সী এক মহিলার পচাগলা লাশ পাওয়া গেলে খুনের ঘটনাটি প্রকাশ্যে আসে। ঘটনার খবর পেয়ে পুলিশ নিহত মহিলার ২২ বছর বয়সী মেয়েকে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদের জন্য হেফাজতে নিয়ে যায়। সেখানেই জেরার মুখে মাকে খুন করার কথা সে স্বীকার করে।
মুম্বাইয়ের লালবাগের বাসিন্দা রিম্পল প্রকাশ জৈনকে তার মাকে খুনের অভিযোগে গত ১৫ মার্চ( বুধবার) পুলিশ গ্রেপ্তার করেছে। অভিযুক্তকে আদালতে পেশ করার পর বৃহস্পতিবার আদালত অভিযুক্ত রিম্পল প্রকাশ জৈনকে ২০ মার্চ পর্যন্ত পুলিশি হেফাজতে পাঠায়।

গত সপ্তাহে লালবাগ এলাকায় একটি প্লাস্টিকের ব্যাগে ৫৩ বছর বয়সী এক মহিলার পচাগলা লাশ পাওয়া গেলে খুনের ঘটনাটি প্রকাশ্যে আসে। ঘটনার খবর পেয়ে পুলিশ নিহত মহিলার ২২ বছর বয়সী মেয়েকে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদের জন্য হেফাজতে নিয়ে যায়। সেখানেই জেরার মুখে মাকে খুন করার কথা সে স্বীকার করে। মুম্বাইয়ের কালাচৌকি পুলিশ মাকে হত্যার অভিযোগে আইপিসির ৩০২ ধারা এবং অস্ত্র আইনের অধীনে একটি মামলা নথিভুক্ত করে রিম্পল প্রকাশ জৈনকে গ্রেফতার করে।
