নয়াদিল্লিঃ নির্বাচনী প্রচারে বিদ্বেষমূলক ভাষণ দেওয়ার অভিযোগে প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদীকে নির্বাচনে নিষিদ্ধ করার দাবিতে দায়ের হওয়া জনস্বার্থ মামলা খারিজ করে দিল সুপ্রিম কোর্ট। নির্বাচনী প্রচারের সময় ভারতীয় জনতা পার্টির সদস্যদের দ্বারা করা বিদ্বেষমূলক বক্তৃতাগুলির বিষয়ে নির্বাচন কমিশনের কাছে করা আরও একটি আবেদনও খারিজ করেছে সুপ্রিম কোর্ট। বিচারপতি বিক্রম নাথ এবং বিচারপতি এসসি শর্মার বেঞ্চ মঙ্গলবার আবেদনকারীকে নির্বাচন কমিশনের দ্বারস্থ হওয়ায় পরামর্শ দিয়েছে।
