জম্মু কাশ্মীরে (Jammu And Kashmir) ক্রমাগত নামছে তাপমাত্রা। বর্তমানে শ্রীনগরের (Srinagar) তাপমাত্রা মাইনাস ২ ডিগ্রি সেলসিয়াস। ফলে ডাল লেক কার্যত জমে বরফ হয়ে গিয়েছে। তাপমাত্রা যখন মাইনাস ২ ডিগ্রিতে নেমে গিয়েছে, সেই সময় ডাল লেকে বরফ কেটে এগোতে দেখা যাচ্ছে একটি বা দুটি শিকারাকে। কোনওক্রমে বরফে কেটে এগিয়ে যাচ্ছে ডাল লেকের শিকারা। সবকিছু মিলিয়ে তীব্র ঠাণ্ডার জেরে জম্মু কাশ্মীরের পরিস্থিতি ক্রমশ খারাপ হতে শুরু করেছে।
