দেশে এখন উতসবের মরসুম। গতকাল, শনিবার উত্তর ভারতের বিভিন্ন অংশে পালিত হয় লোহরি। আজ, রবিবার বেশ কিছু জায়গায় মকর সংক্রান্তি পালিত হচ্ছে, আবার বেশীরভাগ জায়গায় আগামিকাল, সোমবার পালিত হবে। দক্ষিণ ভারতের বিভিন্ন অংশে পোঙ্গল-এর উতসব শুরু হয়ে গিয়েছে। মাঘ বিহু-ও আসছে। সব মিলিয়ে এইসব উতসবগুলির জন্য দেশবাসীকে শুভেচ্ছা জানালেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী।
