Holi 2023: হোলির উৎসবে মিষ্টিপ্রেমীদের জন্য নাসিকের শিল্পীরা তৈরি করল ফুল আকৃতির এক মিষ্টি, দেখুন এক ঝলকে
"হরগঙ্গান ফুল" নামে পরিচিত এই মিষ্টিগুলি চিনি ও লেবু দিয়ে তৈরি করা হয়, এবং এর সাথে মেশান হয় নানা ধরনের রঙ । বছরের এই একটি দিনেই অর্থাৎ হোলির দিনেই এই মিষ্টি খাওয়া হয়।
হোলির উদযাপনে মেতে উঠতে প্রস্তুতি নিচ্ছে গোটা দেশ। বাদ নেই মহারাষ্ট্রের বাসিন্দারাও। হোলির উৎসবকে সামনে রেখে মিষ্টিপ্রেমীদের জন্য নাসিকের মিষ্টান্ন শিল্পীরা তৈরি করল ফুলের আকৃতির মিষ্টি। "হরগঙ্গান ফুল" নামে পরিচিত এই মিষ্টিগুলি চিনি ও লেবু দিয়ে তৈরি করা হয়, এবং এর সাথে মেশান হয় নানা ধরনের রঙ । বছরের এই একটি দিনেই অর্থাৎ হোলির দিনে এই মিষ্টি খাওয়া হয়।
