হিমাচল প্রদেশে নির্বাচনের আগে এবার ম্যানিফেস্টো প্রকাশ করল বিজেপি। হিমাচল প্রদেশে নির্বাচনের আগে বিজেপির সর্বভারতীয় সভাপতি জে পি নাড্ডা জানান, ষষ্ঠ থেকে দ্বাদশ শ্রেণির ছাত্রীদের সাইকেল দেওয়া হবে। দ্বাদশের পর যে ছাত্রীরা উচ্চ শিক্ষায় যাবেন, তাঁরা স্কুটি পাবেন। হিমাচল প্রদেশে বিজেপি ক্ষমতায় এলে ছাত্রীরা পড়াশোনার ক্ষেত্রে একের পর এক সুবিধা পাবেন বলে জানান জে পি নাড্ডা।
