সারোগেসি আইন নিয়ে এবার ফের পর্যবেক্ষণ প্রকাশ করল কেন্দ্রীয় সরকার। সম্প্রতি বিষয়টি নিয়ে দেশের শীর্ষ আদালতের কাছে নিজেদের মত প্রকাশ করে কেন্দ্র। যাঁরা লিভ-ইন করেন এবং সমকামী দম্পতিদের যদি সারোগেসি আইনের অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা হয়, তাহলে তার অপব্যবহার হতে পারে। সুপ্রিম কোর্টকে এমনই জানানো হয় কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের তরফে।
