মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্রে ৪ দিনের সফরে এসে প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী সাক্ষাৎ সারলেন গুগলের সিইও সুন্দর পিচাইয়ের সঙ্গে। সাক্ষাৎ শেষে পিচাই জানান, প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদীর সঙ্গে আলোচনা হয়েছে, ভারতে ডিজিটাইজেশনের জন্য ১০ বিলয়ন ডলার বিনিয়োগের কথাও জানান গুগলের সিইও।
এর পাশাপাশি গুজরাটে একটি ফিনটেক অপারেশন সেন্টার খোলার কথাও প্রধানমন্ত্রীকে জানান সিইও সুন্দর পিচাই।প্রধানমন্ত্রীর যে প্রকল্প তা সময়ের থেকে অনেক আগে এবং এটি একটি ব্লুপ্রিন্ট যা অন্যান্য দেশ করার জন্য চেষ্টা করছে বলে জানান তিনি।
গুগলের সিইওর পাশাপাশি টেসলার সিইও এলন মাস্কের সঙ্গেও সাক্ষাৎ সারেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী।
