দেশের নতুন সেনা প্রধান (Chief of Army Staff) হিসেবে দায়িত্ব নিলেন জেনারেল মনোজ পান্ডে (General Manoj Pande)। আজ জেনারেল মনোজ মুকুন্দ নারাভানের (General Manoj Mukund Naravane) কাছ থেকে তিনি দায়িত্বভার বুঝে নেন। মনোজ পান্ডে হলেন দেশের ২৯তম সেনাপ্রধান। তিনিই কর্পস অফ ইঞ্জিনিয়ার্সের প্রথম অফিসার, যিনি সেনা প্রধান হলেন।
