দিল্লির রেস্তোরাঁ 'গরম ধরম ধাবা' সংক্রান্ত একটি মামলায় বলিউড অভিনেতা ধর্মেন্দ্র এবং অন্য দুজনকে সমন পাঠিয়েছে দিল্লির একটি আদালত।দিল্লির এক ব্যবসায়ীর দায়ের করা অভিযোগের ভিত্তিতে এই সমন জারি করা হয়েছে। যিনি অভিযোগ করেছেন যে তাকে মিথ্যা প্রতিশ্রুতি দিয়ে এই ফ্র্যাঞ্চাইজিতে বিনিয়োগের প্রলোভন দেওয়া হয়েছিল৷ দিল্লির আদালত ২০২৫ সালের ফেব্রুয়ারি মাসে মামলার শুনানি শুরু করবে।

দিল্লির পাতিয়ালা হাউস কোর্ট সম্প্রতি প্রবীণ বলিউড অভিনেতা ধর্মেন্দ্র এবং অন্য দুজনের বিরুদ্ধে গরম ধরম ধাবা ফ্র্যাঞ্চাইজি সম্পর্কিত প্রতারণার মামলায় সমন জারি করেছে।দিল্লির ব্যবসায়ী সুশীল কুমারের দায়ের করা একটি অভিযোগের ভিত্তিতে সমন জারি করেন।
গত ৫ ডিসেম্বর জারি করা সমনে বলা হয়েছে- "প্রাথমিকভাবে রেকর্ডের প্রমাণগুলি ইঙ্গিত করে যে অভিযুক্ত ব্যক্তিরা অভিযোগকারীকে তাদের সাধারণ অভিপ্রায়কে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাওয়ার জন্য প্ররোচিত করেছিল এবং ঘটনায় প্রতারণা সংক্রান্ত অপরাধের উপাদানগুলি যথাযথভাবে প্রকাশ করা পেয়েছে।"
