Delhi High Court: ধর্ষণের ফলে ২৭ সপ্তাহের গর্ভবতী নেপালি নাবালিকার গর্ভপাতের আবেদনে সম্মতি দিল্লি হাইকোর্টের
ভারতে এসে ধর্ষণের শিকার হয়ে গর্ভবতী হয়ে পড়েছিল নেপালের এক নাবালিকা। বর্তমানে ২৭ সপ্তাহের গর্ভবতী সে।
ভারতে (India) এসে ধর্ষণের (Rape) শিকার হয়ে গর্ভবতী (pregnant) হয়ে পড়েছিল নেপালের (Nepal) এক নাবালিকা (minor rape victim)। বর্তমানে ২৭ সপ্তাহের গর্ভবতী (27 weeks pregnant) সে।
এই পরিস্থিতি থেকে উদ্ধার পাওয়ার জন্য মেয়েটির মা দিল্লি হাইকোর্টে (Delhi High Court) তার গর্ভপাতের আবেদন জানিয়ে ছিলেন। শুক্রবার তাঁর আবেদনে সাড়া দিয়ে ওই নাবালিকার গর্ভপাতে (abortion) সম্মতি দিলেন (allow) দিল্লি হাইকোর্টের বিচারপতি প্রতিভা এম সিং।
