নয়াদিল্লিঃ তীব্র দাবদাহে পুড়ছে দিল্লি (Delhi)। তাপমাত্রা ৫০ ছুঁইছুঁই। মঙ্গলবার ২৮ মে দিল্লির তাপমাত্রা ৫০ ডিগ্রির দোরগোড়ায় পৌঁছে গিয়েছে। ইতিমধ্যেই জারি হয়েছে লাল সতর্কতা(Red Alert)। রোজ বাড়ছে হিট স্ট্রোকে মৃত্যুর ঘটনা। এই তাপপ্রবাহ থেকে জীবজন্তুদের বাঁচাতে এ বার অভিনব পদক্ষেপ করল দিল্লি চিড়িয়াখানা (Delhi Zoo)। গরমের হাত থেকে জীবজন্তুদের রক্ষা করতে সেখানে বসানো হয়েছে কুলার ও স্প্রিংকলার।
