অন্ধ্র (Andhra Pradesh) উপকূলের দিকে এগোচ্ছে ঘূর্ণিঝড় অশনি (Asani)। ফলে অন্ধপ্রদেশ উপকূল সহ সে রাজ্যের একাধিক এলাকায় জারি করা হয়েছে লাল সতর্কতা। অন্ধ্র উপকূল থেকে আগামীকাল সকালে সেটি ক্রমশ কাকিনাড়া বা বিশাখাপত্তনমের দিকে এগোবে বলে জানানো হয় আবহাওয়া দফতরের তরফে। এরপর ওড়িশা উপকূলের দিকে এগিয়ে যাবে অশনি। ফলে শক্তি হারিয়ে অশনি গভীর নিম্নচাপে পরিণত হলে, ওড়িশা (Odisha) জুড়ে এক নাগাড়ে বৃষ্টিপাতের সতর্কতা জারি করা হয়েছে।
