করোনা আবহে ভার্চুয়ালি মামলা লড়তে পারবেন করতে পারবেন আইনজীবীরা
করোনার আবহে এবার আইনজীবীদের ভার্চুয়ালি মামলায় লড়ার বিষয়ে জানালেন চিফ জাস্টিস ডি ওয়াই চন্দ্রচূড়। তিনি জানান, খবরের কাগজ অনুযায়ী শহরে করোনার সংখ্যা বাড়ছে। এই মূহূর্তে দাড়িয়ে কোন আইনজীবী যদি মামলা লড়তে চান তাহলে তা তিনি ভার্চুয়ালি করতে পারবেন।
দেশের বিভিন্ন অংশে পুনরায় থাবা বসাচ্ছে করোনা। প্রতিদিন করোনা আক্রান্তের সংখ্যা বাড়ছে। যার জেরে প্রয়োজন হয়ে পড়ছে সতর্কতা নেওয়ার।তাই চিফ জাস্টিসের পক্ষ থেকে এই ব্যবস্থার কথা জানানো হয়।
