এবার নাগপুরের (Nagpur) রাস্তা থেকে প্রকাশ্যে এল একটি ভিডিয়ো(Video)। যে ভিডিয়োতে রাস্তায় গাড়ি চালানোরত অবস্থায় এক যুবককে বান্ধবীকে কোলে নিয়ে বসতে দেখা যায়। এরপর বান্ধবীকে চুম্বন (Kiss) করতে করতে গাড়ি চালান ওই যুবক। মাঝ রাস্তায় যুবকের এমন কীর্তি দেখে অনেকেই অবাক হয়ে যান। সূরয রাজকুমার সোনি নামে ওই যুবক বান্ধবীকে কোলে নিয়ে চুম্বন করে গাড়ি চালালে, হু হু করে তা ভাইরাল (Viral) হয়ে যায়। পুলিশের চোখে ওই ঘটনার ভিডিয়ো এলে, সূরয রাজকুমার সোনি নামে ওইযুবকের বিরুদ্ধে ভারতীয় দণ্ডিবিধির ২৯৬, ২৮১ এবং ২৯৩ ধারায় দায়ের করা হয় অভিযোগ। সেই সঙ্গে ভারতীয় ন্যায় সংহিতা এবং মোটর ভেহিকেলস আইনেও অভিযোগ দায়ের করা হয়।
